I am a customer service representative at the agency. I am also fluent in Russian and English. My job focuses on assisting customers regarding general questions, directing them to the proper people, and customer retention. Prior to working at Elsa Arbitman Agency, I worked as an office administrator. I also obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration and have daughter who attends University of Penn.
